The Dark Knight Rises prologue screens prior to Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol
Monday, December 5 by Julie Brown
It's official.
Screening exclusively in select IMAX theatres* around the world prior to Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol is the six minute full-screen IMAX prologue to The Dark Knight Rises, the third and final instalment in the Batman trilogy directed by Christopher Nolan due for release in July 2012.
As with The Dark Knight, the prologue will be - according to Nolan - "basically the first six, seven minutes of the film" and will serve as "an introduction to Bane, and a taste of the rest of the film."

Tom 5 months agoAwesome, I was hoping this was going to happen. Operation Early Bird left me disappointed when I didn't see any green dots on Australia. Hope there's a midnight session for TDKR too.

Trent 5 months agoWhy can't there be an IMAX theatre in Brisbane? We used to have one but they just made it into a regular 25m screen. Would absolutely love to see films in IMAX. I would travel half an hour more into the city every time just to watch a movie in IMAX.
