Who do I contact if I have a problem with my online ticket purchase or credit card transaction?

In your email, please include an outline of the issue or problem, the film and session time in question and the last 4 digits of your credit card.

For urgent enquiries relating to today, please indicate this on the email or call the IMAX Theatre box office on (02) 9281 3300.

Please note that only enquiries relating to online ticket purchases or credit card transactions will be responded to via the ticketing@imax.com.au email address.
